These pages are static files. There is no analytics script, no advertising
pixel, no embedded map, no web font loaded from someone else's server and
no cookie set by this site. Your browser makes requests to this domain and
to nowhere else.
The hosting provider keeps standard server access logs — IP address, time,
requested path, user agent — for a short period, for abuse prevention. We
do not build profiles from them.
When you contact us
When you call, we keep what you tell us: name, address of the
appliance, phone number, and notes about the fault and the repair. We keep
it because a repair history is useful the next time the same appliance
misbehaves, and because tax records require it.
We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who is not carrying out
your repair or processing your payment.
Asking for a copy or a deletion

that is the same line that books work. Where the law lets us delete records
rather than retain them, we will.
Changes
If this policy changes, the changed version replaces this page. Coquina Hearth Service
does not keep a separate archive of old versions.
